What exactly is a Pop-Up Wedding Event?

A Pop-Up Wedding Event is a day where multiple couples get married at a particular location on the same day. The couples share the same decor and venue, but get their own time frame that's all about them! For more details, visit the "Pop-Up Events" tab.

What's the difference between a Micro-Wedding vs a Traditional Wedding?

A Micro-Wedding is much like a traditional wedding but on a smaller scale, and a smaller time frame. A Micro-Wedding still has a celebration after the ceremony which can include cake, champagne, finger food, dancing and more!

Do I still have to pay full price if I have less people than the package provides?

Yes, we have specifically structured our packages in order to keep cost low for our couples.

Is a Pop-Up/Micro-Wedding really for me?

A Pop-Up Wedding or a Micro-Wedding is perfect for the couple wanting to simply get married without the big wedding price mark up. This helps couples to relax without worrying about the stressors that comes with planning your big day. Everything is taken care of so you can relax and enjoy your day!

Can I extend the time or the guest count?

Yes! However, this is only applicable for certain packages, based on location. Please inquire for an adjusted quote on extended time or guest count.

Can I provide my own services?

We ensure you that your day will be handled properly by our team of professionals. You may provide our own officiant if it's outside our civil ceremony structure. Please contact us for more info.

Cancellation and refund policy

At Simply Wed, all of our packages require a non-refundable deposit. This helps us to secure the venue for your wedding day, permits, vendors, and anything else that we may need to obtain. We do understand that life happens sometimes, and we are always willing to work out the best possible solution for our couples, i.e rescheduling your wedding date if need be. Please be advise that rescheduling your wedding date may be based upon availability and/or venue changes.

Are the venues handicap accessible?

Every venue may not be handicap accessible. Please inquire about your desired package and we can provide more details about the handicap accessibility.

Can I tour the venue?

At this time, the availability of our venues do not currently allow us access before the secured date. However, we do have pictures of the venues that we are partnered with. Just mention it to us during your free consultation, and we'll be happy to show them to you!

Can I still have a reception if I only pick a ceremony option?

Of course! Many of our couples have picked our ceremony only option, and have planned a reception on their own at another location. Some couples like to share their ceremony with only their closest family and friends, and then invite everyone else out to a place like a restaurant, club, or bar to help celebrate their new marriage!

Can I pick my decor?

Great question! To keep our cost low, we provide our own decor using very neutral colors that will go great with just about everything! However, in some packages you will have an opportunity to choose from some options like centerpieces, bouquet and/or boutonniere, cake toppers and more!

Are there financing options available?

Glad you asked! Yes, we understand that all up front costs may not be in your current budget. That's why we offer financing through PayPal, so you can pay what works for you!
